Twitter has announced an online application process for Twitter accounts to receive verified status.
Verified accounts on Twitter allow people to identify key individuals and organizations on Twitter as authentic, and are denoted by a blue badge icon. An account may be verified if it is determined to be of public interest. Typically this includes accounts maintained by public figures and organizations in music, TV, film, fashion, government, politics, religion, journalism, media, sports, business, and other key interest areas.

Step-1: Press Continue and Go to Next Step 2
Step-2: Here you can see your Twitter Id. If you want to verify your company or brand or organization account then click on the check box.
If you have added all the necessary details in your twitter profile then Press Next and Follow Step3, Otherwise the process will ask for you to update the details.
Step-3: Once you have added all the necessary details then Press Next. In this step you have to add two links which identity you and atleast 500 Character description why twitter should verified your account.
Step-4 : Once you Fill the above form and press next, you will see the full details about your entries. If all things are correct then press Press Submit.
Step-5: After Pressing Submit button, you will see below message:
